Royal steak


Ingredients:
720 g boar or veal loin
120 g white kidneys
100 g nettle
100 g whole champignons mushrooms
1 dl white wine
50 g flour
50 g grease
Vegeta natur
Salt and pepper
(for 4 person)
Directions
Cut the meat into steaks, and seasoned it. Cover them with leafs of nettle that have been previously boiled in salted water. In the middle put cooked white kidneys sliced on sticks. So stuffed steaks bend into rolls, secure with sticks, roll into flour and fry in fat from all sides. Pour water or broth, simmer until meat is soft. Add mushrooms, season if necessary and at the end add the wine.
Tip: White kidneys cook for 10 minutes in boiling water with bay leaf, peppercorns and root vegetables (onion, garlic, celery, parsley).
